  I love love love the food hence why I go back but I HATE the service. My suggestion hire better staff, staff that doesn’t crack under pressure and staff that doesn’t mess mine and the three peoples orders before me up (one more than once) after waiting 12 minutes. Get better I beg you.

  The food however; is exactly what you expect from Oporto, their staple chicken burgers at the same standard as all their other stores, just as you expect them to be.

  Very rude staff. Stand around gossiping about customers eating in the restaurant. Makes it very uncomfortable and embarrassing. Pretty average food compared to other Oportos too. Would give 1/2 a star if possible.

  You gave to get past the slightly awkward decision of where to stand once you have ordered, close enough to hear your number but far enough away that you are not in other's way, you then will probably have to find yourself a clean table among the leftover mess of other customers.
